We also have many experiences with taking a father's dog, but basically there is no problem if it is connected with a cock at the lead. Speaking to force, in our experience, it is easier for both the dog and the owner to feel comfortable with each other if you enter the room after raising the toilet first so that you do not hesitate when you are inside the site.
There is a parking lot around. Although it was charged, it was stopped in the range of 300 yen to 500 yen.
It is like a foreign country if you only hear the speaking voice. The manners are bad! Locals were spilling
I think that it is all right, I think that there are also difficult places to walk. Somewhat speaking, it seems that sneakers and others are easy to walk.
Since there is a display so as not to enter the spring water, I think that it is okay to accompany it otherwise. However, due to the popular spot, there were a lot of tourists and the dog was poor. Because there is a table set outside the buckwheat store and souvenir shop, you can eat and drink.
OK.
Good
Yes. There is a water fetching place so you can take it home. However, it was hard for me to gather because there were many tourists from overseas (maybe China).
It is already in full bloom. . Rising light up ...
It seems to be fine. There are no stairs or the like on the road from the parking lot, and the road width where one car can finally pass is almost "pedestrian heaven" (lol). If you go around all the ponds, you will walk like a swamp, but the main pond is flat. Please go out without worry. A good journey.
Good place, but you I have you come early because a lot of tourists will come
A greenery and scenic park with a number of lakes and gardens. Didn't get to view Mt. Fuji as it was late in the afternoon and drizzling. Only a few restaurants are available. Prices are typically higher as it is a tourist spot especially for Chinese tours.
A very scenic place to visit with Mt. Fuji at the backdrop. Popular tourist spot.
The day we visited there was raining and cold. There were some puddles on the trail which is so narrow that it was hard to avoid them. So if you are visiting there during snow or raining weather, wear a pair of waterproof shoes. Other then this the place was okay. Our tour guide kept telling us that the snacks there can only be found there, but the truth is that they can be found almost everywhere and even cheaper.
If you are lucky to view Mt Fuji on a nice clear day then you will love this place. Amazing view of the majestic Mt Fuji. The shops offer some great merchandise and the view is just out of this world
Heritage site with beautiful scenery and the backdrop of mt. Fuji. There are little shops for gifts and food for you to enjoy. However, it has been flooded with large tourists groups nowadays shouting loudly at each other which totally ruined the atmosphere. The best time is to go early in the morning to avoid the crowd.
Beautifull place, u will spend some good time in here. Nice view, many snacks around here
A great place to visit. Can see the Fuji with crystal clear water.
Quaint little shops that sells all Mount Fuji souvenirs. We also got to drink the cold spring waters. We got to see the whole Mt. Fuji, it was hidden under a fog when it was morning, but come afternoon it got to show all its curves and glory.
Cute village with shopping, souvenirs, and food! You can even get water from the lake (?) that is drinkable~
It's a small town with beautiful small 8 lakes. With a breathtaking view of mount Fuji.
Great village with plenty of street food, pond, small river to experience.Local delicacies available for purchase to bring home.
The famous tourist spot, very crowd place. You can get the souvenir or the local product here. The village very nice and you can spot another amazing view of Fuji in the center of the village. If you walking outside a bit of the village, you can avoid the crowd and enjoy amazing view outside.
Small little town. Good food. Nice photo location of fuji
Come here with good weather, or you couldn’t see Mt. Fuji
Interesting place with a good view of Mount Fuji. However the toilets were dirty beyond comprehension and there was quite a lot of rubbish on the streets. However, the place is quite nice after snowfall.
A big surprise in the country side. The spring water is so blue and clean in this area. It's incredible. This place is really beautiful but be aware that it is really really crowded sometime. But it's a must see. Many food available. Restrooms available on site. Many parking available around there for around 300¥. Just find a parking and put your 300¥ in the box available at the entrance of each parking lot. Crowded but beautiful place. A big surprise for me. And don't miss the spring water. Try it ! A little bit sweet, really good !
Full of beautiful ponds, street food, and even grilled Iwana fish raised with clean water from Mt.Fuji. Strongly recommended!
I loved visiting here, there was so much nature despite the amount of tourists.
I've been here with my wife and brought even my in-laws for a day trip outside Tokyo. Beautiful place, and if lucky enough with a clear day you can see Fuji in it's full glory from up close. Very impressive. You can find shops to buy local sweets, sake, souvenirs. A few restaurants are also available.
Cute village with a natural spring.!
Popular scenic spot near Mt. Fuji with a lovely pond. It was a little crowded but there was a surprising amount content to see and enjoy.
A small village to get n drink the long life water. Famous for roasted chestnuts, yummy tofu n skewer fish cakes with different flavours. Sold local products too.
This is an antique village, where you can find the house with 20 cm thick roof in straw. The trees here are for hundred years . This area is also famous with ponds with many Koi fish and a view of Mt. Fuji . Walk around to have some nice views and you feel the beauty from its uniqueness
Amazing and beautiful spot to get a view of Fuji. It is also home to a world heritage spot so it is definitely worth checking out. They have some great ice cream as well so go check it out during the warm season and you are sure to have a great time!
Really beautiful, very nice views and a cute little traditional location. There would be some views if Mt Fuji from here but it was raining heavily and we didn't get to experience much of it. Would go again if it was a nice, sunny day.
Too many people outside. Go and Pay 300yen to more private place.Must try cheese mayonnaise shrimp oden on stick
This place overpopulate by tourist >.<I managed to took some great photo, but I alomost throw my life with the crowd.Insanely too popular.
Old sacred place..lot of village shops.ponds .and good food joints..lot of souvenir shops..liked it..
I like the place but its too crowded with tourists. They come by bus loads. We reached at 8 and managed to get some decent photos. By 9, theres hardly place to stand around the ponds. We got out of there immediately.
Nice place. Unfortunately we were only there for 2 hours. I would have loved to have stayed longer. Eating hot chestnuts whilst exploring the ponds was really nice.
Visited this place as part of a tour. There is a very clear pond with fishes in the middle which has a water point. Apparently, the water is from melted snow of mount fuji and is good for the skin. According the the guide, it takes around 20 years for the snow to melt or something. Do note that as this is a tourist spot, it can get pretty crowded.
It's very nice place to send there. And we can able to see Mt. Fuji San from there.
Went with a day tour purchased on Klook. Scenery was great here, the water in the ponds is really clear and you can see all the way to the bottom of an 8m pond.
This place is not that easy to reach however, it's also not that difficult. It is very beautiful and traditional village all along this place you can see very clear water which you can see through until the bottom of the pond. For the food, I really recommend fresh grape and grilled fish that is very amazing.
Lucked out and got a clear day to get an amazing view of the Fuji mountain. Great place to spend half a day to walk around and experience one of the best Japanese ironic views. Stop at a food stand and/or at a restaurant to fill your cravings before heading off to the next destination.
I was fooled by the beautiful pictures of Oshino Hakkai. But this is place is full of tourists and the lakes are very small and the whole scenery is just not as nice as pictures suggest.
Nice different spot for traveling. Nice clear water, good food and snacks, Not too far from the city. If u already visit Fuisan, stop by here.
Oh this is a typical authentic Japanese village at Mt Fuji region. Lovely place with Mt Fuji as background. Selling many local delicacies too such as fish paste stick, beans, nuts and Japanese roasted tea. Worth going. Only about 1hour + from Tokyo.
Incredibly clear pools set amongst a quaint looking village. Best try and get there early and avoid the massive tour groups that come through. Worth a visit and wonder though.
I came here by bus tour. This is a good place more than I thought. The water is very clear. But there have many people.
Should be on yr list of places to visit in Japan. View of Mt Fuji n the clearness of water n fishes.. No other place can match its beauty.
Beautiful clear ponds, the fish are beautiful colours. There are food stalls and a gift shop.
Worth a stop if you are in the area. Beautiful old homes and ponds all backdropped by Mount Fuji. Visited in late December and it wasn't too crowded. Might not be worth it if it is super crowded. Worth it to pay the 300 yen to access one of the private ponds.
Was in the evening when we arrived but the crowd was still there and it was quite a surprise to see such a quaint place with nice ponds and small canals inhabited by carps and I spotted a few trouts. the weather was not cooperating and we could not view the famed mt. Fuji from here. The souvenir shops were well stocked with Mt. Fuji and Japan memorabilia at reasonable prices. Beautiful sights and unique experiences can be had here and I recommend not to miss this.
I’d you visit here, try to learn where the 8 natural springs, don’t be deceived by the man made one ..Request to tourist .. this is it a wishing well .. don’t throw coins!! Let’s enjoy the beauty of nature !
Is like walking into a painting, one can get a perfect view of Mt Fuji from here. The little lakes/ponds here are the outlets for the melted ice from Mt Fuji, where the water gush out from underground. The lake is 8 meter in depth, and is full of big lovely fish. If you are there, do try out their barbecue muaji (soft rice cake), is very delicious, specially during the cold season.
A number of absolutely clean and clear water ponds. Paid parking spots are scattered. Two hours worth spent.
Good experience. Selling local quality products. Scenery was good.
Theres a scenic spot with a spot for free parking. The ponds are very clear and fish thrives in them. To have a clear view of mt fuji is not always a given. Had a totally cloudy day before and very clear the next in late February.
